As an Automotive Technician you will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and identify the cause of breakdowns and repair them using the most optimal solutions. Job Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documenting repairs.
Perform oil changes and lubrication work.
Communicate with service adviser when additional repairs are needed or when repairs cannot be completed in the scheduled time period
Inspect and test-drive new vehicles to ensure that all features function properly.
Install accessories on new vehicles as specified by the customer or dealer.
Work alongside other skilled technicians performing quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

As an Automotive Technician (Automotive Mechanic), you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as an Automotive Technician:

Preferred automotive maintenance experience OR automotive technician training
Experience can include oil changes, basic maintenance or minor repair work.
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Compensation plus benefits, 401k, health insurance, dental offered
Signing bonus of up to $2,500
Must have a valid driver's license

Lot Attendant / Porter - Cortese Auto Group

This position requires moving, parking and washing client vehicles while in for service in a manner that will ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the dealership to increase customer convenience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned.

Providing excellent customer service and commitment to the team.
Moving, washing & parking customer vehicles.
Maintaining and controlling customer vehicles, keys & parking while at facility for service.
Making sure all vehicles in the service parking areas are secured with windows rolled up and doors locked at all times.
Retrieving client vehicles as notified by Service Management and inspecting each vehicle for damage that may have occurred during service; reporting any damage to management immediately.
Maintaining the Service customer parking area in a clean, neat, safe and organized fashion.
Policing & maintaining the shop area and parking lot. May require light clean up duties, such as floor cleaning, shop & sidewalk maintenance, salt application and snow removal.
Maintaining a valid Drivers License and immediately informing management of any change in license status.

Job Responsibilities

Complete extensive training regarding the product line
Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
Support on-line customers through our sales office
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in automotive sales is a huge plus.

Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
Any sales experience will be considered with steady work history
Applicants with stable background in customer service will also be considered
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
