I wanted to take a couple minutes to let you know that the people that work at this company are wonderful. I was looking for a vehicle and really had no idea what I wanted. I have to say although that I did find one at Marina Dodge 6 days ago and until last night had not even received a price for the car I was interested in...Note I said last night. This would be AFTER I picked up a car from your dealership..
Anyway I had contacted someone through your Internet service about a vehicle I was interested in and after only 10 minutes my phone rang. I'm impressed...It was Dana saying the car I was looking at was no longer available, but asked what else I may be interested in. After I explained what happened at marina she asked if I was near a computer and I replied I was actually on your site. She asked me to look at a car that she thought I would like considering the kind of car I was looking at, at Marinas. I did, and loved it.
Made the appointment for the same night to see Steve and Bill...
First; I have to say that both are absolutely the nicest men and wonderful to work with. The very next day (last night) I drove away with the vehicle I was just looking at the prior night, and I must say... I love it!!!
When I got home, there was a message from Marina on my phone that said they have the price for the car for me and would like for me to come in....
My night was wonderful... I got a good laugh... and a great car from Cortese!!!!
To Dana: What an amazing person. She read my mind and couldn’t be happier.. I didn’t even know what I wanted and the first vehicle she had me look at? I fell in love with and it was exactly what I wanted... Not a truck, or a car. Right in the middle...

I was treated with respect and they remember every car I've bought from them for over 20 years. Tom Brownyard has become a personal friend and the first guy I go to with my unusual questions and requests. I am bringing my Rousch Mustang to him because the service I received at the selling dealership was less than nothing. When I experienced interior flooding they told me I probably left a window open. When I brought my Mustang to Tom, he PROMISED he would find and fix the problem. He and his crew had the car apart for over a week before they were able to stop the water from getting in. PROMISE KEPT! A can-do attitude backed up by a solid performance.

I purchased an excellent vehicle, a Grand Caravan, from you recently. Nick, Gordon, and Shane were all excellent to me, giving me a great deal. They gave me a good trade offer for my old Grand Am. They had a DVD and roof racks installed right in time for delivery to me. They also gave my kids quarters for the gumball machines, and treated them and my wife very nicely.
Please make sure you commend all of those mentioned, and maybe even give them a raise! I am very, very appreciative and happy with your business.

I wish to express my sincere thanks for the outstanding, courteous, and prompt service my son and I received from Tim and the Red Team.
It was not an easy situation to deal with as my deaf son had car troubles in Rochester and I am here in Rhode Island. Tim kept us informed every step of the way as to the condition of the vehicle, repair time estimate, and materials needed to bring the car back to full and safe operation.
My son now knows where to bring his car for excellent service. Once again thank you ever so much and keep up the good work.

I had to write about this amazing experience with your service department and service representative, Bob Banter. I was totally at my wits end. My teenage son lost ALL of his keys to his 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant on Wednesday evening before the Thanksgiving holiday. He returned to college on Sunday without his car. No keys! I called Bob on Monday morning who immediately provided complete accurate instructions for towing, call him when the car left my house and he contacted me no more than 2 ½ hours after the car was in your service department to tell me that the keys were completed.
I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. I am now not only a satisfied customer of Cortese, I am a “raving fan.”
Thank you for hiring such helpful, knowledgeable individuals such as Bob. He is truly an asset to your organization. I was also extremely impressed with his easygoing way when I was unable to pick up the car on Monday. He stated that it would be no problem to get the car on Tuesday. I was also impressed with the level of professionalism of the Cashier and individual who brought my car to me from the back lot. He thanked me and wished me a nice day! You should be so proud of your employees. They are the best!
