I do want you to know the last time I had my car in for service it was a great experience, and I believe it will be from here forward.  I will be making an appointment to get an oil change soon and also wanted a quote on auto-start.  We had it installed at an independent shop when we first bought the car, Spring 2009.  I had it in at Doan a couple of months ago as it would not start and they ripped it out, stating it was interfering with the electrical system.  So now I am without, and with my cancer treatments I am constantly on the road, I can’’t take the winter cold and it is impossible for me to be without it!  Can you have someone send me a quote for this?  I want to make sure that this time it will be installed correctly as I cannot be without a car.

I had to write about this amazing experience with your service department and service representative, Bob Banter. I was totally at my wits end. My teenage son lost ALL of his keys to his 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant on Wednesday evening before the Thanksgiving holiday. He returned to college on Sunday without his car. No keys! I called Bob on Monday morning who immediately provided complete accurate instructions for towing, call him when the car left my house and he contacted me no more than 2 ½ hours after the car was in your service department to tell me that the keys were completed.

I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. I am now not only a satisfied customer of Cortese, I am a “raving fan.”
