Our Business Acquisition Specialists works in the Service Department assisting customers in uncovering opportunities for trading out their vehicle or purchasing an extended service plan.
Communicate with customers generating dialog and excitement for acquiring their vehicle.
Ability to handle appointment selling process on a significant load of high quality leads.
Make outbound calls, return email and voicemail, and other administrative functions.
Enjoy interacting with people and helping them solve their concerns
Be tech-savvy, own a smart phone.
Follow up with existing customers to generate appointments.

Have excellent phone and listening skills
Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus.
